The four numbers

A clearer picture, without the clutter.

Blood pressure

Log a reading in seconds — type it or snap your monitor — and see which standard range it falls in. Guided readings and a 7-day check give you numbers you can trust.

Meals

Describe or snap a meal. AI gives it a heart score out of 10 and one tip.

Medications

Reminders at every dose time, a streak to keep you going.

BMI

Your weight and BMI at a glance, with healthy ranges.

Blood pressure

Every reading, explained.

Log your numbers and see which American Heart Association range each reading falls in, how it compares to your usual, and when it's worth mentioning to your doctor.

Guided reading

A reading you can trust, every time.

Most home readings are rushed. FourNumbers walks you through the American Heart Association routine: a calm 5-minute rest while Beat breathes with you — soothing music, a gentle voice and a countdown ring — then 2–3 readings, averaged for you.

7-day BP check

The week your doctor asks for.

Take a guided reading every morning and evening for 7 days. FourNumbers reminds you, tracks every session and gives you your true home average — morning and evening — ready for your doctor report.

Snap your monitor

Point. Snap. Done.

Take a photo of your blood pressure monitor's screen and FourNumbers fills in the numbers for you. You always check them before saving, and photos are never stored.

Safety check

A calm plan for a scary number.

If a reading is 180/120 or higher, Beat walks you through a quick safety check based on American Heart Association guidance: warning signs first — with a one-tap call to 911 if you need it — then a calm retake and clear next steps.

Your progress

See what's actually working.

Started walking, cut back on salt or changed a medication? “Did it work?” compares your blood pressure before and after. “Then vs now” puts your first month next to today — and turns your progress into a card you can share. It shows your numbers, never your name.

Your AI nutritionist

One sentence in. A heart score out.

Type it, say it or snap a photo. See a meal score out of 10, the nutrients that matter, and one short tip.

Meds & family

Never miss a dose. Never do it alone.

Add a medication in seconds — start typing and it fills in the name and strength. Every dose gets its own daily reminder, and you tick it off on your home screen. Invite family or your doctor to cheer you on — you choose what they see.

Care Circle

Their phone. Your peace of mind.

Your parent logs on their own iPhone; you follow along on yours. They choose what to share. If their blood pressure is much higher than usual, you'll know (Premium) — and can send a check-in note in a tap. They can add their doctor, who gets an email when there's a big change. Notes can be answered with a ❤️ or a quick reply, and read messages clear themselves after 3 days.
