2. How we collect it
You enter it in the app, take photos you choose to submit, or turn on Apple Health import.
3. Why we use it
Only to provide the app's features to you — showing your readings and trends, scoring meals, reminders, your doctor report, and sharing with the Care Circle members you choose.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the app for us: hosting and database (Supabase), subscriptions (RevenueCat), email (Resend) and push notifications (Expo).
- AI providers, only with your permission: Anthropic for meal scoring and reading monitor photos; OpenAI for the weekly summary, which uses simple totals only.
- Product analytics (PostHog), only if you turn on “Help improve FourNumbers”: anonymous app usage and crash reports. This never includes your readings, medicines, meals, health conditions or anything you type, and isn’t linked to your account.
- People you invite to your Care Circle.
Apple Health data is never sent to AI providers.
FourNumbers for ChatGPT: when you use our ChatGPT plugin, the blood pressure numbers or questions you send are used only to answer that request. We do not store, log, share or sell them, and they are not linked to any FourNumbers account.
5. No sale, no advertising
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Your rights
You can see your data in the app, withdraw consent for AI features and for product analytics in Settings, remove Care Circle members, and delete your account and data in Settings → Delete account. You can also contact us to request access to or deletion of your data, or a list of the third parties we've shared it with. We respond within 45 days.
