Blood pressure log
Type a reading, or take a photo of your monitor's screen and confirm the numbers with “Snap your monitor”. Each reading is shown against American Heart Association categories. A guided reading walks you through a calm 5-minute rest with voice and music, then averages 2–3 readings.
7-day BP check
Many doctors ask for a week of home readings. Take a guided reading every morning and evening for 7 days; FourNumbers reminds you and gives you your home average, morning and evening, ready for your doctor report.
Safety check for very high readings
If a reading is 180/120 or higher, Beat walks you through a quick check based on American Heart Association guidance: warning signs first, with a one-tap call to 911 if you need it, then a calm retake and clear next steps.
Did it work? and Then vs now
Compare your blood pressure before and after a change you make, like walking more or cutting back on salt, and see your first month next to today. You can share a progress card that shows your numbers, never your name.
Mood and symptom check-ins
Log mood, symptoms and lifestyle in a tap; patterns show up in your trends and doctor report.
Apple Health
Optionally bring in blood pressure and pulse that your monitor saves to Apple Health. It's read-only — FourNumbers never writes to Apple Health. It stays off until you turn it on.
Meal heart score
Photograph, type or say what you ate and get a 1–10 heart score with sodium, saturated fat and fiber. FourNumbers uses AI for this only after you give permission.
Medications
Set reminders, mark doses as taken and log side effects. If you report swelling of the face, lips or tongue, trouble breathing or fainting, the app tells you to call 911.
Heart habits and guided home workouts
Pick simple daily habits and follow short guided workouts — wall sit, chair squats, indoor cardio and brisk walk — with voice coaching and safety notes.
