1. What FourNumbers is — and isn't
FourNumbers is a wellness tracking app that helps you record and understand information such as blood pressure, medication adherence, meals, and related heart-health patterns.
FourNumbers is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information and estimates in the app are for general informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor about health concerns, medication decisions, and changes to your care.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use FourNumbers. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may sign in using Apple, Google, or a passwordless email magic link. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and are managed through RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal.
If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited. You cannot cancel a subscription inside FourNumbers. To cancel or manage it, open your iPhone Settings, select your Apple ID, then select Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.
4. Family and caregiver sharing
You decide whether to share information with family members or caregivers and what they can see. Sharing is optional. You can change permissions or revoke access at any time. Only invite people you trust, and remember that a recipient may retain information they saw or exported before access was revoked.
5. AI-assisted features
When you use meal analysis, meal descriptions and photos are sent to a third-party AI provider, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, to estimate nutrition. These outputs are estimates only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical decisions, allergy safety, or precise dietary calculations.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the information, photos, and other content you add to FourNumbers. You give us a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse FourNumbers, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate anyone's rights. You may not use automated methods to extract data or overload the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
FourNumbers is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every estimate, insight, or reminder will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FourNumbers and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for FourNumbers in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using FourNumbers or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, create risk, or if required by law. Where practical, we will give you notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FourNumbers changes or legal requirements evolve. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
