1. Our promise
We do not sell your personal data. Ever. FourNumbers is built to help you understand your health, not to turn your information into an advertising product.
2. What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, account identifier, and sign-in method.
Health and wellness data
Blood pressure readings, medication names and adherence, meals and meal photos, estimated nutrition, cholesterol lab results, height, weight, Heart Scores, and notes you choose to add.
Profile information
Details you choose to provide, such as your goals, preferences, and care-circle relationships.
Subscription information
Your subscription status, product, renewal timing, and transaction identifiers provided by Apple and RevenueCat. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.
Usage and device data
App interactions, feature use, diagnostics, crash information, device type, operating-system version, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, and similar technical information needed to operate and improve the app.
3. How we use information
- Provide your check-ins, trends, Heart Score, reports, reminders, and family-sharing features.
- Authenticate your account and manage your subscription.
- Generate nutrition estimates when you request meal analysis.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, support requests, and important policy changes.
- Meet legal obligations and protect our users and service.
We do not use your health data for targeted advertising.
4. Where your data lives
Your app data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit. We use row-level security so a record can be read only by the account owner or by a caregiver the owner has explicitly authorized. Access is limited to what is needed to operate and support FourNumbers.
5. AI-assisted meal analysis
When you ask FourNumbers to analyze a meal, the meal text and photos you submit are sent to Anthropic or OpenAI to estimate nutrition. They are sent only to provide the analysis you requested, are not used to train those providers' models, and are not used by those providers for any other purpose. AI nutrition results are estimates and can be wrong.
6. Caregiver and family sharing
Sharing is always controlled by you. You choose whom to invite and what they can access. You can change or revoke access at any time in the app. We do not disclose your health data to family members or caregivers unless you explicitly authorize it.
7. Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to run FourNumbers. They process information only to perform services for us and under appropriate protections.

8. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.
- Export a report of your FourNumbers information.
- Control reminders and other notifications through the app and your device settings.
- Manage or revoke caregiver and family access.
Depending on where you live, including California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide FourNumbers. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting purposes. Backups may retain protected copies for a limited period before routine deletion.
10. Children's privacy
FourNumbers is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and database row-level security. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please keep access to your email, Apple ID, Google account, and device secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as FourNumbers evolves or privacy requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when changes are material.
