Link Apple Health inside the OMRON connect app, then allow FourNumbers to read Blood Pressure and Heart Rate.
How FourNumbers gets your readings
- From Apple Health, automatically. FourNumbers only reads blood pressure and pulse from Apple Health. It never writes or changes anything there.
- Take a photo of your monitor's screen.
- Type it in.
It works with any upper-arm or wrist cuff.
Step 1: Link Apple Health in OMRON connect
- Go to Profile > App settings.
- Under "Share data with other apps", tap Apple Health > Link.
- Turn on the data types, then tap Allow / Done.
In some versions this is under a "More" tab.
Step 2: Let FourNumbers read Apple Health
Open FourNumbers and allow Blood Pressure and Heart Rate when iOS asks for Apple Health access.
To check later: iPhone Settings > Apps > Health > Data Access & Devices (or Health app > your profile picture > Privacy > Apps).
Tips
- Omron only shares to Apple Health while it's turned on inside OMRON connect. If it shows as inactive, open the same screen and link it again.
- The iPad version may not offer Apple Health — use your iPhone.
